All events held at the Boathouse are subject to the event fee below. The minimum stay house rental payment is required or payment of the equivalent rent. Any group renting the house that is planning a party must have the permission of the owner. Gatherings of more than 20 people (renters and their guests) are subject to the event fee.
Separate Event Contract is required. With minimum stay booking, $3,500 Event Fee. One day wedding, $10,000. $300 Grounds Cleaning Fee. $2,000 Damage Deposit. Event insurance is required. References Required. The event fee covers all gatherings for the wedding weekend. Number of weddings is limited.
Maximum of 120 guests. Outdoor events only. Party tent must be reserved in case of bad weather.
Additional policies apply pertaining to parking, hours, music, etc. which are addressed in the Event Contract. Amplified music is allowed until 10 p.m. when quiet time at the lake begins. Sound carries across the lake and we must be respectful of our neighbors near and far.
